CAREERS AT WELLDESIGN
WeLLDesign consists of a core team of young and driven professionals, all-round seniors, and a broad network of specialists in design and technology. No day is the same. The many different projects, different markets and different types of companies all have unique needs and issues. Solutions are never uniform, although we follow a proven step-by-step plan of systematic product development. Every designer contributes to the success of the project for our customers and every designer also quickly gains direct contact with the customer. Our many areas of expertise give us the tools to design products from start to finish, and everything in between. Everyone in the team is also motivated to master these areas of expertise. This makes WeLLDesign a hands-on design agency, in which we quickly build and test prototypes in every design phase to draw conclusions at the earliest possible stage and take the right next steps.
WeLLDesign has long had a hybrid work culture. There is freedom to choose your own working hours and work location, but there is daily contact and at least 1 day of working together in the studio every week, this also allows for easy scheduling of brainstorming sessions. When prototyping and testing is required, team members can often be found in our laboratory and workshop.
