WeLLDesign consists of a team of young, driven professionals and all-round seniors, as well as a broad network of specialists in design and technology. Every day is different since every project and client are different. Solutions are never uniform, although we follow a proven step-by-step plan of systematic product development. Every designer contributes to the success of the project for our customers and our designers usually have direct contact with the customer. Our many areas of expertise give us the tools to design products from start to finish and everything in between. Everyone is motivated to master these areas of expertise. This makes WeLLDesign a hands-on design agency, in which we quickly build and test prototypes in every design phase. Like this we are able to draw conclusions at the earliest possible stage and take the right next steps.

Hybrid work culture
WeLLDesign has long had a hybrid work culture. There is freedom to choose your own working hours and work location, but there is daily contact and at least 1 day of working together in the studio every week. This allows for easy scheduling of brainstorming sessions. When prototyping and testing is required, team members can often be found in our laboratory and workshop.
