What is it?

The VBI Integral Floor is a prefabricated floor solution for new buildshousing. The ready-made VBI integrated floor Is of all required Engineering provides and comes including integrated stairwell. Design brief

Build faster, better and cheaper

The prefabricated integral floors are laid in half an hour. This means that the construction of a complete shell proceeds at an average pace of one house per day, with the pipework, finishes and internal walls in the shell being immediately ready. Compared to ‘traditional building’, construction can therefore be much faster – and thus cheaper.

The VBI pre-fabricated integral floor also makes the entire construction process much more predictable. The integral pre-fabricated floor is plug-and-play. All services, such as electrical and mechanical installations, are already installed and have passed quality control. The only thing that needs to be done on site is installation. The chance of encountering unexpected problems is therefore much smaller, and the chance of delays, logically, is too. This contributes to the low overall cost price.

Another advantage is the assurance of the quality of the flooring. A VBI integrated floor is assembled in the factory, in conditioned circumstances. This means you no longer have to deal with changeable weather conditions. The tolerances are therefore smaller and the quality can be better guaranteed than if you were to produce a floor on-site.
