Feasibility Analysis
During a feasibility analysis, we work together to determine whether your product idea is technically and economically viable. In a focused session, we dive deep into the concept. We assess the technology, (development) costs, and potential risks, and afterwards provide a clear and well-founded recommendation.
This way, you’ll know whether it’s wise to invest further and can make the right decision with confidence.

Thanks to our experience in industrial design and product development, we are able to think along with you in depth about technology, manufacturability, and cost structure. We don’t just look at what has been envisioned — we focus primarily on what can actually be realized.
At the same time, as an external party, we provide an objective and critical perspective. This ensures that sharp insights emerge during the session and that potential pitfalls become visible at an early stage.
Different Perspectives
Questions we have previously addressed in feasibility analyses:
- Is this product technically feasible?
- What risks are involved in the development? How significant are these risks, and what are the potential consequences?
- Which patents or competitors should we take into account?
- What development and production costs can we roughly expect, and is the business case viable?
To reach a well-supported conclusion, we analyze the idea from different angles. Depending on the type of product and the work you have already completed, we determine the focus of the session.
Avoiding risks
A feasibility analysis provides clarity and direction by helping you step back from assumptions and gut feelings. Of course, intuition matters — but it’s important to base decisions on more than intuition alone. We ask critical questions and evaluate the idea from multiple perspectives, creating clarity about opportunities and risks.
This helps prevent costly mistakes at a later stage and ensures that next steps are based on facts rather than enthusiasm alone.
