An important contribution to optimising building performance.
“Digital Asset Sensoring” (DAS for short) is the future of sustainable and healthy real estate. Digital Asset Sensoring (DAS for short) involves digitally monitoring the condition of buildings. DAS therefore contributes significantly to optimising building performance.
Through digital measurement of degradation processes and transmission changes, the necessary maintenance of real estate in the Netherlands can be planned and executed sustainably and cost-effectively. DAS is the innovative and accurate alternative to labour-intensive and arbitrary personal visual technical inspections, which entail substantial costs.

Duurabel has asked WeLLDesign to develop the tangible DAS technique, which will be installed at various locations across the Netherlands. On behalf of Duurabel, WeLLDesign is developing various concepts and “proofs of principle” to arrive at a high-quality product that can be mass-produced and is resistant to all weather conditions, among other things.
