In order to create true added value, WeLLDesign and Duurabel BV Strategic Partner in Real Estate Innovation working together from 2020 on the development of an innovative sensor module for the implementation of the Digital Asset Sensoring programme (shortly DAS), in order for this module to be taken into series production.
The DAS programme aims to carry out sustainable digital condition measurements of the status of real estate, and to monitor and coordinate degradation processes and transmission losses using smart technologies. WeLLDesign is developing the complete device based on the capabilities of the sensors and electronics being developed in collaboration with TU Eindhoven.
