Apple syrup packaging
After the concept of the Crazy Stroopstift, conceived by WeLLDesign, CSM was also commissioned to develop an innovative ‘structural design’ for apple syrup packaging. A packaging design that could become a new archetype and that would replace the classic cardboard syrup cups.
An iconic design
WeLLDesign developed the friendly and very recognizable apple shape, which is immediately recognizable from a distance on the shelf. The pot with the hinged, resealable lid consists of one plastic (polypropylene) part with a film hinge.
This also means – and successfully – that the packaging can very well have a second life as a storage box for paper clips, screws, toys, etc. In de Volkskrant, the Strooppotje was called ‘everyday art’.
Apple syrup and fruit syrup
The packaging is not only used for rinse apple syrup but also for rinse fruit syrup. This is red instead of green to stand out on the shelf.
Zengo Smart Pack Holder
Improved ease of use, efficient transport and better market communication on the packs was the briefing for the ZENGO Smart Pack Holder for food service.
User friendly
The structural design of the Zengo Smart Pack Holder is an innovative holder made of plastic sheet material for flexible packaging such as bags. The holder is folded on site and held together with simple pins.
Reusable
The ingenious construction allows flat pack transportation of the holders, and the drinks can be poured using only one hand.
The holder is designed for multiple use and is dishwasher safe. A perfect combination of ergonomics and simplicity. Watch the instruction video.
